Your job is to start a webpage, in Microsoft Word. You will be rotating to the next computer every 5 minutes. Use your unique color/font to add to the website. You may not change the code that's already on the screen, and you may not create a new page unless the previous story ended. Each website (one story per site) needs to have:
- An color or image background (use html to change this)
- A font that isn't Times New Roman (use html to change the webpage's font)
- A title for the story
- Images to accompany what's happening in the story
- Correct html tags for everything. I should be able to save this as an html file and have it open correctly in a browser page.
- The story of John, starting with the following prompts (One website per prompt):
- Story #1 starts with John waking up on a bus bench at the edge of town to the sound of inhuman laughter. He hears a voice from nearby: "Did you think it was all over? Puny human..."
- Story #2 starts with John waking up chained to a bed in a burning house that is not his own.
- Story #3 starts with John waking up and looking around from the top car of a ferris wheel; the carnival is quiet, dark and seemingly abandoned.
- Story #4 starts with John waking up as the war-painted native jabs him with a spear. It would be easier to get his bearings if he weren't hanging upside-down by one ankle
- Story #5 starts with John waking up in a plain pinewood box; when he moves his hand, he breaks the glow-stick that was there, illuminating the interior. The gauge on the air tank reads "two hours"
- (more to come!)
On Wednesday, we'll read the stories and see who got the most points (same point system as the games we practiced with).
